Experienced in operations & general management of broiler breeding farm including construction of brooder shed, grower shed, layer shed in cage system, hatchery management for production of day old chicks of broiler bird.
Experienced in manufacturing of “A” grade feed for breeder bird. Exposure to operation and management of fish production farm
and fish breeding unit. Led the overall management of an integrated farm with Duck, Cattle, Fish, Goat, Organic Farming units and poultry component while making strategy and executing projects.

Involved in SREP preparation of ATMA. Involved in Construction and implementation work of Centre of Excellence for vegetables. Worked as Superintendent of Horticulture. Imparted Training to the farmers on crop production technology of different Agri-Horti crops.
Implementing different Govt. schemes like RKVY,HMNEH, MIDH, IWMP, NWDPRA,IWDP etc. Conducting Vegetable show, Plant health clinic, workshop in various location of the state.
Attended national level Trade fair at Bangalore and Pragati New Delhi. Conducted exposure visit with the farmers within the country (AAU Jorhat, ICAR Barapani,Central Arecanut Research Station Kahicochi).
