Bio-Pesticides Enriched Manure
Focusing predominantly on converting waste to wealth & secondary agriculture, we have developed an unique in-house product called Ovaneem which is in its Beta Customers phase in start-up journey. We are already awarded the RKVY-RAFTAAR AGRI-BUSINESS INCUBATOR start-up funding by Govt of India for the innovative product development methodologies.
OVAL Fresh Private Limited is a company dealing with different Agri-allied activities since January, 2018 in the area of 32 acre. The company owns a Poultry breeding farm (30000 birds), water bodies (11 nos; 10 acres), cemented cistern (17 nos.; 500000 ltrs), goat farming (20 nos), duck farming (135 nos.), cattle farming (6 nos)and protected of vegetables. A notable quantity of animal waste and crop residues are generated out of these husbandries. These bio-wastes are efficiently utilized through bio-digestion and bio-fermentationprocess which produces liquid and solid manure apart from Biogas energy. The manures are again fortified with herbal pesticides extracts from neem, eucalyptus, onion, garlic, Akanda, etc. These enriched liquid manure are packaged and marketed after proper branding. We call it Ovaneem. The USP of this products can be explained as:
Maximum utilization of bio-waste (4-tire system)
The waste materials is digested to produce biogas energy. Slurry is separated into solid and liquid manure.
The solid manure is further processed to produce vermicompost.
Enhance health and immunity of crops
Pathogen free and nutrient rich manure enhances the health of the crop.
Increases natural productivity of ponds
The production of natural fish food organisms i.e. phytoplankton and zoo plankton is enhanced to supplement the fish growth.

The herbal pesticide enriched manure will save time and labour also reduces application cost. With single application this will control a few pests and diseases and apply foliar fertilizers. The product increases plant defenses against diseases like leaf spot, tip born, stunted growth and end rot. Wide gap of demand and supply of liquid manure
No liquid manure manufacturing unit is presently available in the state. Hence, the requirements are being fulfilled partially from other states which are not sufficient enough. The proposed unit will help to meet up the demand of the farm community of the state.
Less cost of production
Our company is running a full-fledged poultry breeding farm composed of 30,000 nos. birds. The farm also has a cattle farm and a goat farm. Hence, the raw materials i.e. excreta of birds are readily available in the farm consequently reduce the cost of production cost of liquid manure.
Marketing through e-commerce platform
The company possesses a website and an app through which the marketing of the product will have added advantage over the existing traders.
Marketing, Distribution & Revenue Strategy
We are 1 year already running in production with our innovative Bio-pesticides enriched manure. Our innovative product is first of its kind available in the market. Company’s R&D division is finding many more blend of this product for the production and protection of crop considering human health.
Initially marketing of the product will be restricted to the state of Tripura. In the second year onwards the company will start its expansion towards the states of North-East region and thereafter the product will be made available throughout the country.
Our Revenue model is mainly B2C. Agri and allied Farming community is our prime target. Our potential customers are renowned nurseries of Tripura ‘Baba Agro Nursery’, ‘Green Park Nursery’ and 2 FPOs. Apart from this, we also sell the product the farm outlet.

The Govt. of Tripura announced to give importance to organic farming and promote rural livelihood by increasing land under organic farming from 2,000 to 9,000 hectares in phases, farmers and entrepreneurs are eyeing organic farming as the next big thing. Thereby, the potentiality of our product ‘Herbal pesticide enriched manure’ will increase manifold by use of bio-pesticides, bio-control agents etc as alternative inputs in organic farming.. We will sign the MoU with Tripura Horticulture Corporation Limited (THCL) for marketing of the product in Tripura.
